Standing with family farms
and the workers who power them.

Signature Ag Workers, Inc. is a Kentucky 501(c)(3) supporting small family farms and the H-2A and migrant agricultural workers they employ across the country. We provide bilingual safety training, ACA health enrollment, H-2A compliance assistance, and safety equipment — at no cost to farms.

Our Mission

Healthier workers. Stronger farms. Honest documentation.

Small family farms across the country face a brutal reality: H-2A regulations are complex, bilingual worker training is expensive, ACA health enrollment is confusing, and basic safety equipment is often skipped because there's no budget for it. Workers arrive in the country, work for a season, and leave — often without health coverage, full safety training, or a clear understanding of their rights.

Signature Ag Workers exists to remove those barriers. We pay qualified vendors for H-2A compliance and recruitment work. We deliver bilingual ACA enrollment events on-farm. We fund OSHA-aligned safety training in workers' own language. And we distribute first aid kits, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment directly to participating farms — at no cost.

Our work is grant-funded. Farms pay nothing. Workers benefit directly. And the small family farms that make American agriculture run stay viable as employers of legal, documented, healthy labor.

Why this matters

  • H-2A worker placements grew from 14,000 to 27,000+ in NC alone (2014-2024)
  • Florida hosts 150,000+ migrant farmworkers annually
  • Most small family farms lack capacity to navigate H-2A paperwork alone
  • Bilingual safety training prevents the injuries that drive up workers' comp premiums
  • ACA-eligible workers often go uninsured because no one helps them enroll
What We Do

Six integrated programs.

All six programs are delivered at no cost to participating farms, funded by foundation grants, federal and state programs, and individual donations.
