The Need
The people who feed us are often left behind.
Migrant and seasonal farm workers do some of the hardest, most dangerous work in the country — frequently uninsured, under-trained in their own language, and living in housing without basic safety equipment. Small family farms want to do right by their workers but rarely have the time, budget, or expertise. We close that gap, at no cost.
Uninsured workers
Most farm workers qualify for $0-premium health plans on income, yet go uncovered because no one bilingual ever helps them enroll.
Unsafe housing & worksites
Worker housing routinely lacks working smoke and CO alarms, fire extinguishers, first-aid, and heat-illness supplies.
Language & training gaps
OSHA-aligned safety training is expensive and rarely delivered in Spanish — so it's often skipped entirely.
What We Do
Six free programs for workers and farms.
Each program has a documented charitable purpose. Farmers choose their own vendors; the Foundation pays vendors directly and never makes cash payments to farms.

Ethical recruitment, visa paperwork, interview prep, and bilingual pre-departure rights education.

Worker Health Enrollment
Bilingual ACA Marketplace enrollment on-farm. Most workers qualify for $0-premium plans.

Written farm safety plans and bilingual, OSHA-aligned on-farm training.

Healthy Farm Starter Kit
Life-safety equipment — alarms, extinguishers, first-aid, heat-illness kits — delivered free.

Free, bilingual education that helps farms lower their own workers' comp costs.
